9/1996 Established as Sky International Planning Corporation
11/1998 Due to providing services such as digital satellite broadcast communications and internet services, changed company name to Digital Club Corporation
3/1999 Executed agency contract with Japan Digital Broadcasting Service, Inc. (now SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation), and began membership service
12/2001 Established subsidiary firm, Broadmedia TV Planning Corporation (now BB Cable Corporation), with primary business of providing video delivery services to individuals
1/2002 Changed company name to Club iT Corporation
3/2002 Listed on the Osaka Securities Exchange NASDAQ Japan (now Tokyo Securities Exchange JASDAQ Standard)

4/2002 Concluded contract with K.K. SKY Perfect Communications, Inc. (now SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation). Ended new CS membership acquisition business

7/2003 Partnered with Oy Gamecluster Ltd. (Finland), beginning on-demand gaming services

9/2004 Sold all shares of BB Cable Corporation to SoftBank BB Corporation (now SoftBank Group Corporation)
4/2005 CDN Solutions K.K.(now Broadmedia Technologies co., Ltd.), Akamai Technologies (USA)’s largest reseller, becomes a subsidiary CDN Solutions K.K.
3/2006 Executed partnership contract with CDNetworks Co., Ltd. (Korea) and its subsidiary, CDNetworks Japan Co., Ltd.
7/2006 Fishing Vision Co., Ltd., a broadcaster, becomes a subsidiary Fishing Vision K.K.
11/2006 Broadmedia Studios Corporation, a firm in broadcast rights sales for foreign films as well as Japanese language production (subtitles/voiceovers), becomes a subsidiary Broadmedia Studio K.K.
11/2006 HOLLYWOOD CHANNEL INC., a firm operating a mobile-focused movie information site, becomes a subsidiary Hollywood Channel K.K.
10/2007 Company name changes to Broadmedia Corporation
11/2007 Gaming business transferred to G-cluster Global Corporation due to corporate split G-cluster Global K.K.
9/2009 Renaissance Academy Corporation becomes a subsidiary Renaissance Academy K.K.
4/2010 Digital Cinema Club, Inc. is established Digital Cinema Club K.K.
5/2014 Roonet Systems Co., Ltd.(now Broadmedia Technologies co., Ltd.), a firm providing internet services to hotel guest rooms, conference rooms and other establishments, becomes a subsidiary RooNet Systems
7/2016 Subsidiary's name (formerly Clarinet Corporation) changes to Broadmedia GC Corporation Broadmedia GC
